Sleeping Better With Panda London

I remember my first night’s sleep with an eye mask on and it very much changed my life. Fast forward and I’ve just purchased a new one because the last ones I purchased just didn’t work for me and they got easily dirty with leftover mascara on my eyelashes. I’ve never been much of a good sleeper and it usually takes me a while to get off to sleep. Anyway, the addition of an eye mask has done me wonders and so much so that I fall asleep very effortlessly and I’ve noticed it takes me less time to fall asleep than it did before.

When shopping for an eye mask, I knew I wanted one that was going to be good for the environment but also good for the eye area. There can be many eye masks that irritate the skin and eye area, contributing to wrinkles and damaged skin. This Bamboo Eye Mask was up there as one of the best out there and for £17.99, I think that’s a reasonable price for a good quality eye mask that you can wear in bed or perhaps when travelling.

It’s made from 100%. bamboo and as a material, bamboo is naturally antibacterial. This means that for me, it’s keeping my skin free from irritation and it can help for those who suffer from allergies like hayfever or eczema. What I love about this mask is that it shapes around my nose perfectly and that means I don’t have any light shining through. The size of the eye mask pretty much takes up my whole top area of the face, which I love and I think is therefore suited for shapes of all sizes.

If you’re after a new eye mask, then this is definitely a good all-rounder. I’ve yet to wash it but I think it’s simply hand-wash only. I made the mistake of putting the last one in the washing machine and it shrivelled up. I don’t recommend you do that unless you like wasting money.

My partner is already asking for an eye mask himself so I’m going to have to hop back on the site next payday in order to get him one too. The eye masks come with a handy travel pouch and it’s also a good way of keeping the eye mask clean and tidy.
