Fashion for me is all about comfort because I love being comfortable. Winter is my favourite time for fashion because I simply like layering and covering up my body as much as possible to cover myself from the elements. My wardrobe is full of knitwear, and after the colder seasons are over, I store away my knits ready for the following year.
Knitwear is something that just doesn’t go out of style, and I often end up keeping it until it’s so worn, holes have started to form. So I did a recent shop at Debenhams to get some new pieces in.

My mum had given me some gift vouchers for Christmas to buy clothes. She often does this on my birthday and has done so for the last few years. I’m not complaining because around my birthday is when I need to change up my outfits anyway.
This beautiful Cream Cable Knit Jumper is literally so cosy. I find knits vary depending on their level of itchiness. This one, however, doesn’t give me any aggravation at all. It’s currently on sale, priced at £12.00, so you’ll want to snap this up sooner rather than later.
And while on the subject of cream jumpers, if I had a wardrobe big enough, I would certainly buy more of these knitted jumpers.
My partner treated me to a new knitted bobble hat as I have needed one for a while now, but being typically British, I braved the cold. This knitted number is from H&M, which I find to be great for accessories at the moment.
Debenhams is a place where I usually shop for evening wear. I find they have so many different styles and brands available that they widen their demographic of customers. They have a lot of discounted clothing online at the moment, and as I’m always one for a bargain, I have to hold myself back from filling up my basket.
I realise, though, that I don’t have enough scarves, hats or gloves for that matter, so I’ll definitely be popping back to H&M to get stocked up.

I finished off this look with some very ripped jeans (that I kinda need to throw out now) and a coat that got passed down to me by my Great Aunt, who sadly passed away. Slightly morbid, I know, but when she gave me it, it was brand new and hadn’t even been worn. She was also a fairly short lady, so I can’t imagine why she brought a coat so long!
What do you think of this look? Do you love cosy knits too? Let me know in the comments below.
